Order and payment

 

All our showing prices on the website are incl. Danish VAT and other taxes. Prices are daily prices. The price at the time of booking is the applicable price for the purchase. SkyPAD makes reservations for misprints, price errors, VAT and tax changes, as well as sold out goods and delivery failures from our suppliers.

 

 

Placing order

 

Delivery times may vary on purchased items. In stock, shipped within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Once your order is received and processed, we will send you an order confirmation email with the delivery information. When shopping with SkyPAD, agreements are made in Danish. If you would like to receive a new copy of your order confirmation, please email us at contact@skypad-gaming.com

 

Payment

 

We offer several possible payment methods. The most secure and the payment method we recommend to all customers is to pay with a payment card. We accept the following payment options: Visa / Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Maestro and Mobilepay

 

 

Online payment by card

 

When paying by electronic payment card, the amount is only deducted when the goods are shipped. It is paid via a secure and encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). This means that your card information cannot be read by outsiders. When shopping with a payment card, we reserve the right to verify that the personal information provided is true. We can at any time write down the amount paid – if, for example, a product is sold out or is not wanted anyway. But for security reasons, we can NEVER increase the approved amount.

Shipping costs

 

We have a fixed shipping price of 39, – without delivery. The price for shipping with delivery is 59, – (However other prices outside DK, check during the order) A “Track-and-Trace” number will always be sent, so it is possible to follow the order from our warehouse to the agreed delivery point. Please inspect your goods for transport damage and the like. before signing the receipt. If you find any damage, please inform the package supplier. Return and cancellation right

 

When you buy SkyPAD, you have 14 days of cancellation, where you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us if it remains unopened. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. In order to apply the right of withdrawal, you must, by a clear statement via mail, notify us not later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. You bear the risk of the goods from delivery of the goods, and upon return you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are packed properly. You cannot undo by simply denying the receipt of the goods, without giving us clear notice of this.

Of course, the 24-month warranty is granted according to the Buying Act. Which means that you can either get the exchange, the money back or the rejection of the price, depending on the specific situation. Damage to the goods as a result of incorrect handling by the customer is not covered by the warranty.

 

Complaints regarding Errors and defects must be communicated to SkyPAD in a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, up to 14 days is considered reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) freight costs. We need the following information when goods are returned. Please inform us of the problem as detailed as possible. Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging.

 

 

 

Privacy Policy

 

We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others. These are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time if desired. In order for you to enter into an agreement with SkyPAD, we need the following information: Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We make the registration of your personal information with the purpose of being able to deliver the goods correctly to you. The personal information is registered with SkyPAD and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted. When collecting personal data via our website, we ensure that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent so that you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why. Log statistics

 

We use a log statistics on SkyPAD. This is a statistics system that collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from, and where on the website it is abandoned, etc. The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimizing SkyPAD.
